Naima Saleh is a senior physiotherapist and second UAE national physiotherapist . Graduated with BSc PT from Kuwait University 1990, and MSc from University of Wales College of Medicine 2003.

After Graduation she practiced in Rashid Hospitals Dubai Health Authority( DHA)which is the largest trauma hospital in the UAE after 16 years she was promoted to Director of Clinical Support Services at Latifa Hospital -DHA. Currently she is a director of Mirdif Center for Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation.

Naima was involved establishing Emirates Physiotherapy Society in 2003 and was board member for 2003 to 2007. In 2008 to 2010, Naima was a board member of Emirates Medical Association. She is currently a board member of Emirates Medical Association for term 2015 and holding a post a chairperson of the Scientific Committee. She is also a board member of Emirates Physiotherapy Society for the term of 2015 and holding post of vice chairperson. Naima was chairperson of organizing committee of Physio Dubai conferences. She advocates for physiotherapy autonomy and direct access in the UAE. Together with her colleagues in the EPS they have taken and still taking challenges to prompt the concept of direct access and high standards of practice.

Her interest is treating musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic conditions. I also have interest in understanding the pain and patients with chronic pain.
